Service Description
This is a progressive 6 week strength training class. You will be given an initial lifting program to follow during class and will be progressed as the program moves through the 6 weeks. There will be an initial assessment to get your 1 rep maximum lifts for various different exercises. This will give a good indication of where your starting weights will be and what we will be progressing to. You will be using a variety of equipment that range from free weights, machine weights, cable weights and body weight exercises. At the end of the program you will be given a post assessment to evaluate progress. You will also have access to the gym to work on your weekly program outside of class times.

Cancellation Policy
For classes starting at 9:00am or 10:00am, in order to not be charged for the class, you must cancel by no later than 8:00am the day of the class. For classes starting at 4:30pm or 5:30pm, in order to not be charged for the class, you must cancel by no later than 12:00pm the day of the class. - Please see Cancellation, Terms & Conditions for further explanation on charges & cancellations.
