Service Description

Get in and get sweaty with a quick paced tabata cardio. Tabata is a 20 second bout of maximum effort cardio followed by 10 seconds of rest for a set number of rounds!

Cancellation Policy

For classes starting at 9:00am or 10:00am, in order to not be charged for the class, you must cancel by no later than 8:00am the day of the class. For classes starting at 4:30pm or 5:30pm, in order to not be charged for the class, you must cancel by no later than 12:00pm the day of the class. - Please see Cancellation, Terms & Conditions for further explanation on charges & cancellations.
