This is a full body strength class designed with timed circuits to give you strength and endurance. There are a lot of ways to structure a circuit class to maximize strength, endurance, cardio and much more. Each class will be unique and use a wide variety of the equipment we have here at the gym that you won't normally use unless you're doing personal training.
For classes starting at 9:00am or 10:00am, in order to not be charged for the class, you must cancel by no later than 8:00am the day of the class. For classes starting at 4:30pm or 5:30pm, in order to not be charged for the class, you must cancel by no later than 12:00pm the day of the class. - Please see Cancellation, Terms & Conditions for further explanation on charges & cancellations.
