NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED! Learn how to use your own bodyweight to get a full body cardio and strength workout. This class is moderate intensity and perfect for anyone who wants to get in, get sweaty, and get out.
For classes starting at 9:00am or 10:00am, in order to not be charged for the class, you must cancel by no later than 8:00am the day of the class.
